Do not let the name or the comic looking icon of a dinosaur fool, you this is a very good, efficient, feature rich program that can quite easily compare with most commercial software audio editors.
Newest version is 1.0.4 which was released in December of 2008. If your looking for an audio editor with lots of features and has an easy learning curve, then this is definately worth a look. I have been using this as my sample editor within Ableton Live for a while now and it comes in handy and saves a lot of time for quick editing on the fly.
