Whats your favorite DAW?

What audio software do you use the most?

I have used Acid Pro and FL Studio the most in the past. I have tried out Sonar, Audition, Cubase, Reason and a few others. I used Acid Pro the most to actually create songs and FL Studio to create the loops to use in them, but prefered Acid to compose them as I never really liked FL Studios song mode. The other ones I tried either didnt give me an advantage over Sonys AP or I couldnt really get the hang of their workflow.

Lately though I have been really caught up in Ableton Live, although it took a little bit of studying up on it use and the interface, as it is not set up like the others and has a bit of a steeper learning curve. Once you get into the way Live operates it is really quite logical and has an incredibly smooth workflow. The more I use it the less I turn to the other apps and pretty much use Live for everything from creating the samples all the way to the final mastering. Its not perfect but it does make the entire process quite fun, even somewhat addictive.

What we would like to do is use the results of this poll to determine what additional forums to add here. I will leave this poll running indefinatly so everyone can post there votes. I am a dedicated Ableton Live user (I plan to purchase the APC40 controller in June, so sexy) and I also have been using Reason since version 2.0. Reason is pretty awesome.
